Product delivery

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after acceptance of your order. Note that Zinker Canada is not responsible for unclaimed packages as well as costs inherent in returning merchandise. In addition, the costs related to the reshipment of an unclaimed order to the post office within the specified time will have to be borne by the customer.


Receipt of damaged merchandise

We guarantee that the merchandise is in good condition when we ship it and we take care to pack it properly. If you have the slightest doubt that the merchandise may have been damaged in transit, do not sign the receipt, as your signature confirms that the merchandise was in good condition on delivery. Merchandise return

With some exceptions (see below), products purchased online can be returned for an exchange or a refund (excluding delivery costs), within 30 days of purchase, with the invoice. For returns by post, the delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

The merchandise must be in new condition, not soiled and in its original packaging, therefore suitable for resale.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, a request must have been made and a return authorization number “AR” must have been issued to you and be clearly indicated on the returned package, in the case of a mailed return.

The following goods will not be eligible for exchange or refund:

– Colored products (except “premixed”)
– “Special order” products identified as such on the product sheet
– Products in liquidation

Defective product

The procedure for returning a defective product is much the same as that for returning merchandise. You must therefore have a return authorization, but the return costs will be at our expense. When possible the merchandise will be repaired or replaced and returned to you, always at our expense.
