Boasting an impressive 96% zinc content in the dry film, derived from ultra-pure 99.995% stabilized zinc, it delivers unmatched cathodic protection, often called "cold galvanizing.
This high-performance formula rivals hot-dip galvanizing in protective efficacy, offering up to 25 years of service life while ensuring a stable Fe-Zn galvanic pair that sacrificially shields steel from rust.
Unlike traditional coatings, Zinker employs a patented polymer binder for exceptional adhesion, elasticity, and resistance to vibration, shock, abrasion, and UV degradation. It can be applied as a standalone system, no topcoats required, or as a versatile primer under epoxies or fire-retardant layers.
