Principle

The resulting zinc protective coating layer contains 96% active stabilized HZO SF* zinc with a purity of 99.995%, forming a stable Fe-Zn galvanic pair, in which zinc acts as an anode and protects the black metal (steel) through an electrochemical method, while ensuring maximum adhesion (1 point according to GOST 15140-78).
In protective coatings, every percentage of zinc matters.
While many standards accept 80–85% zinc in the dry film, and even premium cold-galvanizing systems aim for 92–95%, we advocate for 96% ultra-pure zinc content. At this level, the coating achieves unmatched electrical conductivity, ensuring a continuous zinc-to-zinc network that provides true cathodic protection, far beyond a simple barrier effect.
With 96% zinc, you’re not just meeting industry minimums, you’re setting a higher benchmark that approaches the protection of hot-dip galvanizing, but with the flexibility of on-site application. It’s the next level of reliability for industries that can’t afford compromise.
